Policies & Agreements

Due to the nature of these antiques, vintage & secondhand products being preloved, warranties are not available. There is also a "no return, refund or exchanges" policy. Please inspect pictures on website of each item carefully & ask questions or request additional information 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙧 to purchasing. Once you’ve purchased an item it is forever 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧'𝙨 until you decide to sell or give it away.

Occasionally brand new items may be available. There is a 30-day return policy for these items only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Seller must be able to confirm buyer as purchaser.

To start a return, please contact LivingDeNovo@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, & depending on the circumstances, you will be required to ship the item (at buyer’s cost) back to the seller. Instructions for how and where to send your package will be provided via email upon return acceptance. Once the item has been received & inspected, a refund will be issued. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
